Drizzling rain did not dampen his spirits

As the parade begins Scott-Isaac stands in front of the whole
parade to get his picture taken...of course the police car
had to stop..thus he managed to stop the whole parade for this shot!

He was thrilled when an army recuite gave him a poster,
he told the officer that he was giving it to a friend of his,
who has already declared he was joining the army...as soon as he was allowed!
