GRANDDAUGHTERS HAVE LEARNED TO SHARE>>>>awwww sweet xoxox

My darling granddaughter...it warms Nana heart up to see that you two are learning on of the fundamental of being social....SHARING.... ah yes, sharing means that we have empathy for one another and that we are heading toward being acceptable and loving human beings.
A few more play dates together and you will indeed have refined this concept.

If the parents are thinking that the sharing of germs are bad...YOU ARE DEAD WRONG. It is the way that the immune system gets STRONGER. It must happen sooner or later...and sooner is always the better.

If the parents are thinking that it bad to share habits.. such as no No's and tantrums. I am here to tell you (as my gray hair speaks it wisdom) that it is much much better for your toddler to be exposed to toddlers, who parent you know and trust, then to be picking up habits that have no name or understanding to you. Being family ALWAYS means it is just that; family!!

Good job little girls....good job sharing!!!

Lovingly As Ever Nana Standring...xoxoxoxoxoxoxo

LOVINGLY TO HADASSAH

This is a special message to Hadassah, just to say not problem and that I, Aunika, appreciate the recognition. After all cousin we spent the weekend together and I came home flapping my hands saying "no no no..." earlier than my parents expected me to. It was only proper that after you taught me such a valuable piece of communication that I should give you something of my very own -like my streptococcal tonsillitis-. Let’s do it all again sometime. Maybe you can teach me how to through a full fledge temper tantrum and I can give you pneumonia :)

Gratitude for Aunika J A Waye

Dassi-doo would like to extend a public "THANKS" to her dear and generous cousin, Nonni-noo, for again sharing her "GERMIES". Aunika always seems to find the space and time to pass anything on she has, lest Hadassah feel left out. Now the cousins have matching tonsil swelling w/ blisters.....OH WHAT FUN!!!

Hope someday we can repay the "KINDNESS"!!!

Daniel My Son: xoxoxoxox

today in the mail you recieved a valadation card (plastic laminated with photo) for your SCUBA diving. Would you like that forward!

To My darling Joseph:

Joe the sunset are its true colours. A UV filter protects your camera from being damaged when you point it into the sun. Like the human eye you can ruin the sensors of your camera from strong reflection and direct sunlit pictures.

The picture of the Church is changed from greys to a blue hug. I also highlighted the sky light. Inside my camera I have filters that can alter the colours and brightness of the pics. This setting is called toy-camera. not all well named, it filters things into a kind of goth look. The second filter I use in the church picture is a night setting used to sparkle light...but it can also make it soft glow,,,thus the sky. it is the same..."in the olden days" as using colour filters over your lens...or specialized filters over the lens...except these are built right inside of the camera....all except the UV or polarized filters...they still must be attached.

I will look at the FREE course...I am ready to sign up for one cost about $100. Maybe this will be good enough.

Have a wonderful time in Jasper with my "special Silver baby grandson" Nana sure loves him.

Take care Joe...
Love Mother xoxoxoxox
Dearest Mother,
I really like the use of your filter setting to capture the sunset's light, it made me wonder how true to actual colour (how close you came) of photo was to the sky you saw. Let me know. Ohh, I found a great website that gives free photography lessons, so far I have found it to be quite informative (and lengthy), you should check it out at http://www.bestphotolessons.com .
Love you and Dad both.

Your Baby boy,
Joe

Special filters and lens on the Camera

Here I have used two filters to enhance the sky light.
Here I used only a UV filter and took the sun-set at Mataquac in Bee's Back yard
Here I used a Macro setting... and manual focus...this snowflake had just fallen...then melted!
If you look closely you can see a melted snowflake...
with it pattern; in puddle form, just above the large flake??!!
Dad takes a photo of me, by surprise..early morning..having toast!
